Electric trucks are beginning to gain traction in a number of applications. Emission standards and urban low emission zones are fuelling growth of urban electric delivery vehicles. However, a growing number of models are available for freight, refuse and dray applications. Tens of thousands of electric trucks are forecast to be deployed in the next 5 years as fleets look to reduce emissions, improve efficiency and total cost of ownership.
